ABOUT US

Hi! We are Matt & Mo! We specialize in Authentic Chicago-Style Italian Beef Sandwiches. Matt was born and raised in Chicago. We brought his Italian family recipe here to the mitten state starting in 2015. We opened our mobile food truck in February 2016 and drove all over SE Michigan to introduce true Chicago-Style Italian Beef to as many people as we could for 3 years. May 2019 we traded in our wheels for a stationary trailer at Detroit Fleat in Ferndale. May 2020 was the month we signed a lease to our goal and dream brick and mortar. You can find us inside Doug's Delight Ice Cream Shop 24110 John R Road Hazel Park, Michigan. An existing ice cream shop came with the deal so naturally we embraced that business and have become ice cream shop owners as well. We are extremely blessed to be where we are today.
